Conference Hotel Information
Grand Hyatt San Antonio
G-Force 2008 will be held at the newly opened Grand Hyatt San Antonio in the historic town of San Antonio, Texas. Located in the heart of downtown, this hotel resides on the banks of the world famous Paseo del Rio or River Walk.
Renowned World War 2 correspondent, Ernie Pyle, once described the River Walk as "The American Venice" and it's easy to see why: Cobblestone paths guide visitors along this lazy river to a myriad of unique retail shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs which are surrounded by lush gardens, cypress, oak and willow trees. The walk connects the major tourist draws of Alamo Plaza to Rivercenter, Arneson River Theatre close to La Villita, Hemisfair Park, to the Tower Life Building. River Cruises wind and loop the River Walk’s three miles along the horseshoe riverbend under bridges and between the two parallel sidewalks bursting with history, energy and fun.
Famous for its River Walk, the Alamo and Tejano culture, San Antonio is an unexpected surprise in the heart of Texas and begs to be explored.
