Learn How to Optimize Your Contact Centre

Join us at G-Force London. You'll get the solutions you need, networking time with fellow peers, interaction with partners, exposure to innovative approaches and insights into the industry so you can optimize your contact centre.

We appreciate your interest in Genesys and look forward to providing you with an enriching two day program at G-Force that we hope you will find both professionally and personally rewarding.

This year’s theme for G-Force 2007 events around the world is to “go. BEYOND.” At G-Force London, we will illustrate how to take your contact centers beyond on three levels: our new vision of a Dynamic Contact Center, the global nature of our speakers and attendees, and in the inspirational messages we hope you will take away from the event.

I encourage and appreciate your attendance at this exciting event. Please bookmark this Web site and check back often for more details regarding G-Force London.

Sincerely,

Nicolas K. Kaploun
Senior Vice President, EMEA Operations, Genesys

Conference Attire

We suggest business attire during the G-Force London user conference. London is a very typical European city where business suits for men and dresses for women are appropriate year round. Due to the chance for cool weather, a jacket or sweater is recommended.
