Free Education Day

Genesys University is providing free Education Day sessions prior to G-Force, on Monday, 4 June.

Reinforce the strategic content of G-Force with your choice of four half-day sessions (up to a €990.00 total value).

		SIP Server Presentation Contact Centre Solutions This session provides an overview of the Genesys SIP server capabilities in combination with Stream manager and DMX. Hear everything from basic concepts on VoIP and SIP signalling to how the Genesys SIP server can be deployed across a network, even in combination with third-party soft switches. The session is an abridged version of a new course that will appear on the Genesys University schedule in the coming months.

		Turning Contact Centres into a Competitive Edge This session addresses how to capitalize on three key characteristics of contact centres: contact centres evolve, contact centres are dynamic and contact centres provide opportunities for competitive differentiation. Learn how Genesys offers a unique method for addressing these three facts and how you can put this vital information to work for your business. This session is an abridged high-level version of the Genesys University workshop, Putting Genesys to Work.

		VoiceGenie Overview This session is an abridged version of the VoiceGenie Administration and Installation course currently delivered through Genesys University. Hear an interesting discussion about the VoiceGenie VoiceXML Gateway, including an overview of the different architectural options of the VG Gateway as well as software components and their role in call processing.

		Info Mart and ICON Overview The session gives students an overview of Genesys ICON and Info Mart's technical architectures. Discover how to make the most of Info Mart's analytical capabilities and see how ICON and Info Mart fit into the Genesys Reporting offerings. Topics include the Info Mart star schema, the Info Mart ETL process and sample Info Mart queries. This session is an abridged version of three new courses that will appear on the Genesys University schedule in the coming months.

Free Certification Exams

Certification exams will be offered on Wednesday, 6 June (up to a €900.00 total value).

Exams will be given during the following times:

		09:30 –12:30

		13:00–16:00

		Genesys Certified Professional Version 7—System Consultant, Inbound Voice (GCP7-CIV) This certification for Version 7 is primarily targeted at Genesys partners worldwide that assist Genesys customers in planning, installation and configuration. This certification validates the candidate's comprehensive understanding of the Genesys Framework, Routing and Reporting Solution components. A Genesys Certified Professional—System Consultant for Inbound Voice is recognized as having achieved a knowledge foundation in implementation procedures, basic troubleshooting and maintenance of Genesys products.

		Genesys Certified Professional Version 7—Developer, Inbound Voice Routing (GCP7-DIV) This certification for Version 7 is available to all Genesys routing developers involved in creating and/or maintaining routing strategies in the contact centre. This certification validates the candidate's comprehensive understanding of the Genesys Framework and Inbound Voice Routing coupled with the ability to plan routing strategies based on business requirements and describe the impact of the interaction flow on other systems within the Genesys contact centre.

		Genesys Certified Professional Version 7—System Consultant, GVP Enterprise Edition (GCP7-CVE) This certification for Version 7 is available to all system administrators, solution integrators, telephony specialists and any other technical role involved in planning, installation, configuration and maintenance of Genesys Voice Platform solutions for the enterprise edition. This certification validates the candidate's comprehensive understanding of GVP components, how they integrate with the Genesys 7 Suite, the use of VoiceXML with GVP, how to analyze log files and monitor the system.

The value of each test is €900, but as a special offer, attendees can take one certification test for free. Attendees will be notified via e-mail in May when registration is open for certification testing. Remember that space is limited and advance registration will be restricted to one exam per person.
