Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I Cancellation Policy

• No charge will be incurred if the cancellations are received 21 days prior to the date of arrival.  
• Any cancellations received between 20 and 3 days prior to the date of arrival, will incur a charge equal to 1 night's accommodation, included, in this case, any taxes that they could have earned.  
• Any cancellation received between 2 days prior to arrival (as well as no-shows or early departure) will incur cancellation charges equal to the entire stay, included, in this case, any taxes that they could have earned.
• Cancellations will only be accepted via e-mail to the G-Force Registration Team at barcelona@genesysgforce.com.
   

Travel Information
Conference attendees are responsible for making their own airline reservations and transportation arrangements. Please contact your local travel agent or the airline of your choice to secure airline reservations. Please be sure your scheduled arrival airport is Barcelona International Airport (BCN).

Taxi service in Barcelona is generally very good, clean and reliable with taxis available outside the main terminal. Travel time: approximately 15 minutes. Cost is approximately €20,00 including tip.

By car
Rental car desks are available at the Barcelona International airport. If you wish to make a car reservation, please contact your preferred rental company directly. Directions to the Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I: departing the airport take B-17, direction toward Barcelona and drive 5 kilometres. Follow the signs B-20, Ronda de Dalt (blue). Once on the B-20, exit 11 (Les Corts - Zona Universitaria). From there you have a visual reference of the Hotel. Drive 200 metres on the right hand side of the Diagonal Avenue and take the second turn on the right to the Hotel. Travel time: approximately 15 minutes.

By train/metro
You will find the railway station directly next to the airport. Take the train until the main station of the city called Sants Estació. At this stop, take the metro line number 3 (green line) and get out at the stop called Zona Universitaria (2 minutes walking distance from the hotel). Travel time: around 40 minutes. Cost for single fare is €1,30 or you may wish to purchase a T10 ticket for only 7.20 Euros which will save you 5.80 Euros for 10 journeys.

By aerobus
The aerobus is a shuttle bus service that links Barcelona airport to the most important places of the city centre. Catch the aerobus directly in front of the airport (in all 3 terminals). To go to the Hotel, get out at Plaça Espanya (first stop). Take the metro line 3 (green line) and get out at the stop called Zona Universitaria (2 minutes walking distance from the hotel). Travel time: around 40 min. Cost is €4,05 for a single and €7,00 roundtrip.

Conference Cancellation Policy
Cancellations emailed to barcelona@genesysgforce.com on or before 25 May, 2009 will be refunded the registration fees less a €150,00 cancellation fee. No refunds of any conference fees will be issued for cancellations made after 25 May, 2009.

Badge Scanning Policy
Note to all G-Force attendees: When you allow your badge to be scanned at any point during the conference, you acknowledge the company scanning your badge has access to your contact information.
