- IP Contact Center Solutions 7.6
An overview of Genesys IP capabilities and associated products. Delegates are introduced to how the Genesys IP product line supports an IP contact center. Emphasis is placed on the added value that SIP can provide the customer. The session will be an abridged version of the Genesys University course “IP Product Overview”. Topics include:
- Genesys SIP Server 7.6 and 8.0
- IP telephony concepts
- SIP and related protocols
- Hybrid and pure IP PBX support
- Genesys Voice Platform 8
This session gives attendees a high-level technical and functional understanding of the architecture of the Genesys Voice Platform (GVP) in version 8. This session is an abridged version of the Genesys University course “Genesys Voice Platform Overview 8”. Topics include:
- GVP solution overview
- GVP architecture overview
- GVP components and functional description
- Composer Voice overview
- GVP integration with SIP Server and Genesys Routing

Genesys Certified Professional Version 7 — System Consultant, Inbound Voice (GCP7-CIV)
- This certification for Version 7 is primarily targeted at Genesys partners worldwide that assist Genesys customers in planning, installation and configuration of inbound voice solutions.
Genesys Certified Professional Version 7— Developer, Inbound Voice Routing (GCP7-DIV)
- This certification for Version 7 is available to all Genesys routing developers involved in creating and/or maintaining routing strategies in the contact center.
Genesys Certified Professional Version 7—System Consultant, Genesys Voice Platform (GCP7-CVP)
- This certification for Version 7 is available to all system administrators, solution integrators, telephony specialists and any other technical role involved in planning, installation, configuration and maintenance of Genesys Voice Platform solutions.
*NEW* - Genesys Certified Professional Version 7—System Consultant, Genesys Info Mart (GCP7-CGIM)
- This new certification for Version 7 is available to all system administrators, solution integrators, telephony specialists and any other technical role involved in planning, installation, configuration and maintenance of Genesys Info Mart solutions.

- This new certification for Version 7 is available to all system administrators, solution integrators, telephony specialists and any other technical role involved in planning, installation, configuration and maintenance of Genesys Workforce Management solutions.

- This new certification for Version 7 is available to all contact center managers, supervisors, and others responsible for forecasting, scheduling and monitoring contact center efficiency using Genesys Workforce Management.
*NEW* - Genesys Certified Professional Version 7—System Consultant, Genesys SIP Server (GCP7-CSIP)
- This new certification for Version 7 is available to all system administrators, solution integrators, telephony specialists and any other technical role involved in planning, installation, configuration and maintenance of Genesys SIP Server solutions. This exam supports Genesys SIP Server software version 7.6 and is also effective for candidates using version 7.5.
